Public message flow

End users opt in by visiting https://www.magibooking.com/merchant/register, entering their phone number, and checking a separate, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox states message type, frequency, Message and data rates may apply, STOP, HELP, Terms, and Privacy.

Salon customers opt in on MagiBooking-powered booking pages by entering their phone number and checking a separate, unchecked-by-default booking SMS consent checkbox before a verification code is sent and before submitting an appointment request.

Marketing or promotional SMS is collected separately from transactional booking SMS. Users can book or purchase services without consenting to marketing SMS.
