Salon customers opt in on MagiBooking-powered booking pages by entering their phone number and checking a separate, unchecked-by-default booking SMS consent checkbox before a verification code is sent and before submitting an appointment request.

Marketing or promotional SMS is collected separately from transactional booking SMS. Users can book or buy services without consenting to marketing SMS.
