This page explains how Dragon Byte Design Inc handles MagiBooking account deletion, access, correction, export, and SMS opt-out requests.

When the MagiBooking iOS app is live, account settings should include a clear delete-account entry point. If a web flow is required, it should link directly to this page.

How to request deletion

  • In the app: open account settings, choose Delete Account, and follow identity verification prompts.
  • By email: send a request to support@magibooking.com with subject MagiBooking Account Deletion Request and include the account email, business name, and contact phone.
  • Through support: contact support@magibooking.com or call 518-956-5673.
  • To protect the account, we may verify the account email, phone, business details, or recent billing records.

Deletion scope and retention

Deletion generally covers merchant accounts, staff accounts, business settings, booking pages, non-required customer data, notification preferences, device records, and support records no longer needed.

We may retain records needed for open bookings, unsettled payments, refunds, disputes, tax, fraud, security audit, or legal retention obligations.

Processing time

We usually process verifiable deletion requests within 30 days or explain why certain records must be retained. Complex billing, payment, dispute, or legal-hold cases may require more time.

After deletion, the account cannot be restored. Merchants should export needed booking, customer, invoice, schedule, and report records first.

Privacy choices

  • Access or export a copy of key personal information related to your account.
  • Correct inaccurate account, business, staff, or contact information.
  • Limit marketing email or SMS while still receiving necessary account, booking, security, or payment notices.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS, reply HELP for help, or contact support.
