Service description
MagiBooking is a booking and business management platform for nail, beauty, spa, massage, lash, and related beauty merchants. Features may include online booking pages, staff scheduling, client profiles, SMS and email reminders, deposits, memberships, coupons, reports, and mobile apps.
MagiBooking is not a beauty service provider. Merchants are responsible for service quality, pricing, refunds, cancellation policies, staff licensing, customer communication, and local operating compliance.
Accounts, customer data, and merchant responsibility
- Merchants must provide accurate, reachable account, business, service, price, staff, and operating information.
- Merchants are responsible for protecting passwords and staff permissions and must notify MagiBooking of unauthorized access.
- Merchants must have a lawful source, reasonable purpose, and necessary consent before entering or collecting customer data through MagiBooking.
- For health, allergy, medspa, massage, or other sensitive notes, merchants must obtain appropriate consent and restrict staff access.
SMS, payments, and subscriptions
SMS features may send account, booking, reminder, change, cancellation, payment, security, and support messages, plus marketing messages only with express consent. Merchants must obtain customer authorization before collecting phone numbers or importing customer lists.
Online payments may be processed by Stripe, Square, or other payment providers. Provider processing fees are charged by the provider. MagiBooking does not add extra payment commissions unless otherwise stated.
Subscription fees, SMS allowances, extra staff, extra locations, migration, custom domains, white-label pages, AI phone, and training services are governed by website pricing, order pages, or written quotes.
Prohibited uses
- No non-consensual SMS, harassment, fraud, phishing, fake bookings, fake reviews, or misleading marketing.
- No illegal services, adult sexual services, hate, firearms, tobacco, cannabis/CBD, gambling, debt relief, high-risk investment, cryptocurrency, or other communications-platform prohibited content.
- No bypassing security, attacking systems, uploading malware, scraping others' data, or disrupting platform stability.
- Do not use MagiBooking as a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency services, financial advice, legal advice, or licensed professional judgment.
Mobile apps, availability, and contact
MagiBooking plans to offer iOS and Android apps. In-app support, privacy policy, account deletion, and user privacy choices will link to public pages on this website.
MagiBooking works to keep the system stable, but third-party payments, SMS, email, carriers, cloud services, app stores, or merchant networks may affect availability.
