Dragon Byte Design Inc operates MagiBooking. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and delete information related to merchants, staff, customers, bookings, payments, and SMS notifications.

Information we collect
- Merchant account information: name, business name, email, phone, credentials, subscription status, address, hours, and brand details.
- Staff and schedule information: staff names, contacts, services, working hours, time off, roles, and performance statistics.
- Customer and booking information: names, phone, email, appointment time, services, notes, preferences, allergies, purchase history, and cancellation records.
- Payment and billing information: plans, invoices, deposits, and payment status. Full card numbers are handled by Stripe, Square, or other payment providers.
- SMS, email, support, device, log, error, page-view, and security audit information.
How we use information
We use information to provide online booking, business dashboards, staff scheduling, client profiles, SMS and email reminders, online payments, billing, support, security, monitoring, and product improvements.
We also use necessary information for legal, tax, dispute, anti-fraud, platform compliance, App Store, Twilio, Stripe, and Square review requirements.
SMS and mobile privacy
If you provide a phone number and consent to SMS, MagiBooking may send account setup, booking confirmation, reminders, changes, cancellations, payment links, login security, support, and expressly opted-in marketing notices.
Message frequency varies with account and booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help, or contact support@magibooking.com or 518-956-5673.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used only to provide MagiBooking services, send agreed messages, troubleshoot delivery, and meet communications compliance requirements.
Providers, retention, and security
We may use Twilio for SMS, Stripe or Square for payments, cloud providers for hosting and backups, email providers for system mail, and analytics tools for error detection and experience improvements.
We retain data needed while an account is active. After closure, booking, payment, audit, log, and compliance records may be kept for a reasonable period, then deleted or anonymized.
We use access controls, encrypted transport, backups, log monitoring, and least-privilege practices. Data may be processed in the United States, Canada, or provider locations.
Deletion, children, and contact
Apps that support account creation will provide an account deletion entry point. Deletion removes account records and personal data no longer needed, subject to legal, payment, tax, security, dispute, and anti-fraud retention needs.
MagiBooking is for merchants and their customers' booking management and is not directed to children under 13.
